Brand Audit

A brand audit takes a good look at some or all of the components that make up your brand. So why do you need one? Well, perhaps inconsistencies have crept in during rapid company growth, or maybe a new direction is needed to overcome a plateau in profits.

An audit could involve market research to find out how your customers feel about your company. (It doesn’t necessarily have to be your product – they might love your product, but be unable to recall your logo.)

A communications review would look at your advertising and promotion, sales collateral, and website. Are you being consistent in your message? Your imagery? Your language? Actually, never mind consistency ndash; is it the right message, imagery, and language?
