	Erika Clegg, Managing Director Founder of Spring and winner of the IOD East Businesswoman award. Passionate about the creative process, Erika works with clients to define their business, market and goals, and puts this knowledge behind the studio's work to ensure it delivers quantifiable results.
	Simon Hazelgrove, Operations Director After Sandhurst then 20 years as one of London's foremost architectural photographers, Simon came to Spring in 2005. He controls production and procurement, ensuring smooth running of all projects and keeping an eye on the studios' project phases and deadlines.
	James Kindred, Creative Director James started to work with Spring in January 2006 and his thoughtful, innovative style has been a great strength in Spring's work ever since. James oversees the development of his concepts directly within the studio and was promoted to Creative Director in Summer 07.
	George Ashford, Research Director Passionate about the benefits of research, George finds information to really help clients' businesses grow, and splits his time between Spring and the Suffolk Development Agency.
	Kate Levine, Account Director Kate's upbringing amongst the great artists of St Ives instilled in her a love of creativity. Formerly Head of Client Services for another agency, Kate joined Spring this summer to add her magic to our work.

The Studio

Team Spring is made up of an expanding studio composed of a range of experience from artworkers to senior designers. We have an affiliated internet house based in the nearby town of Woodbridge, a runner in our London office, and a base in Ipswich. We also call upon the services of industry specialists should particular projects require their knowledge. Senior staff members make sure the entire team works together harmoniously using exemplary managerial skills combined with brute force!
